In order to enable it pass -DTRACY_ENABLE:BOOL:ON to the generator. E.g:
cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE:BOOL=ON -DTRACY_ENABLE:BOOL=ON ..
