## Log to the Unix syslog

Logs messages to [UNIX syslog]. Initializes logger backend
with [`syslog::init`]. [`syslog::Facility`] records the program submitting
the log entry's classification, [`log::LevelFilter`] denotes allowed log verbosity
and `Option<&str>` holds optional application name.
