Vladyslav Baranovskyi ac843c0fe3 Summary:
- Removed ReadEntireFile
- ZipWriter now writes directly to a file when possible
- Added GetIndex to geometry
- Moved Usd and Obj generators to different files
- Removed unused procedures
- Deduplicated obj generators
- Updated tests for ZipWriter
